Design Approach:
Created a system that could personalize emails at scale by integrating first-party CRM data with third-party data to build a deeper understanding of each new subscriber through persona analysis, preferences, and behaviors.
Utilized AI to analyze these personas, learn preferences, and generate tailored welcome emails.
