To streamline access to brand guidelines and reduce internal support tickets, we partnered with Amazon to design and launch an AI-powered Brand Assistant chatbot. Integrated into the existing Brand Portal via a sleek, floating UI, the chatbot enables Amazon and Prime brand users to ask natural language questions and receive instant, source-attributed answers.
