A comprehensive back-end CMS systems tied all digital touchpoints together to provide real-time content management and synchronization with minimal operational effort.

Challenge:

Comcast needs to change its perception as a modern-day cable provider and its negative feedback regarding customer service.

Design Approach:

Enter Studio Xfinity, a warm, social, and inviting space to experience the brand and technology while connecting with the community. The store is organized into three distinct spaces: the stage, the workshop, and the lounge. While each space has a distinct purpose, interactive technology and immersive touch points connect all three. A retail layout for the brand with zones for moveable signage, product displays, and digital elements guide the customer journey.
